Payment & Order

How can I request a made to order product?

Please go to our Contact us page and send your request. We will send you a sheet to submit all your measurements so we can create a perfectly fitted garment for you.

Please note made to order products are excluded for return.

What if there is an out of stock item?

You can let us know and join the waiting list so we will send you an email whenever the wanted product is back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer you a variety of payment options.

We accept standard payment like Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also offer Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin payment, Klarna payment (Pay later or pay monthly offer)

 

Shipping & Return

What company do you use for shipping the packages?

We work with DHL Express and promise to ship your garment as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes and we do offer a free worldwide shipping.

Who does take care of customs if an order is placed worldwide?

We are not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes and any other charges which are applicable.

The customer will be responsible for these charges and should only order if agreed with the upcoming charges.

We cannot accept returns within this reason and will charge you for the shipping fees if so.

How long does it take to ship domestic?
As we are working with DHL Express it should take approximately 2-3 days.

We can not guarantee timing of shipping as there is a lot of factors playing a big role.

However most likely you will receive your product in the named time frame.

How long does it take to ship internationally?
As we are working with DHL Express it should take approximately 3-7 days.

We can not guarantee timing of shipping as there is a lot of factors playing a big role.

However most likely you will receive your product in the named time frame.

Can I return my item?
Yes you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your item.

For international deliveries there is exceptions as we would need to pay additional tax and you would need to fill in a custom document.

Do I have to pay the return cost?
There is no fee for domestic returns. 

For international returns we charge an amount of 10£ regardless from which country you are returning the items.

Please note you are responsible for the customer, taxes and any additional cost.

You will receive a return label from us with all the information.

Can I return every item?
Made to order products and items like Face Masks are excluded from return.
We don't accept returns on these items.

Can I track my item?
You will receive a tracking number and can track your item.

Unfortunately there is no tracking for small items like Accessorices and Masks.

How can I find the perfect size for me?
Please check out our sizing chart

How can I order a made to order product?
Simply fill out the contact form and send us your request. 

We will contact you with our measurement list which you can easily fill in and send back to us.

Afterwards we will have all measurements needed and will make a perfect fit garment only for you.

Can I order all items as made to order products?
This simply depends on which product you would like us to create made to order.

Please send us the item and we will let you know if we can create it for you.

How long do I have to wait for my made to order product?
This might take up to 14 days or longer.

You will receive all the information once you have placed your order?

Is a made to order product more expensive?
No you will only get charged the product price without any up charge!
